Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help develop and scale advanced AI solutions
across machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation
initiatives.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing AI
solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will work on both
existing production AI systems and the development of new AI-driven capabilities, partnering
closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
● Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for forecasting, prediction,
classification, and business analytics
● Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance
monitoring
● Develop and maintain scalable AI and machine learning pipelines
● Evaluate and implement appropriate machine learning and AI techniques based on
business needs
● Support the full model lifecycle from development through deployment and continuous
improvement
Generative AI & Intelligent Automation
● Develop AI-powered solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)
● Build and support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI
workflow solutions
● Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications
● Contribute to the development of intelligent automation and agent-based AI capabilities
Production AI & Technical Leadership
● Support production AI systems and drive continuous improvements in performance and
scalability
● Collaborate with software engineering, cloud, and data teams to deploy AI solutions into
production environments
● Provide technical leadership through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best
practice guidance
● Ensure solutions align with responsible AI, security, and governance standards
● Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions
Qualifications
Required Experience
● 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial
Intelligence, or related fields
● Proven experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
environments
● Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, machine learning frameworks, and data
analysis
● Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered
applications
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex initiatives
Technical Skills
● Advanced Python programming skills
● Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit
learn, XGBoost, or similar
● Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
● Familiarity with APIs, MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, and model deployment
processes
● Experience with AI frameworks, LLM tools, or agent-based AI solutions is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
● Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
● Experience with forecasting, time-series analysis, or optimization models
● Exposure to computer vision, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI applications
● Experience working with large-scale data environments and production AI systems
