IT Support Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Overview
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users and maintain IT systems across the organization.
Responsibilities
Provide desktop and laptop support.
Install and configure hardware and software.
Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
2+ years of technical support experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+ certification.
Experience with Intune, SCCM, or Jamf.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
