Overview
Our client is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to help design, build, and deploy practical AI, machine learning, and automation solutions across a growing organization. This is a hands-on technical role focused on applying AI technologies to real business operations, including workflow automation, intelligent document processing, data-driven insights, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate is a strong developer with experience in machine learning, systems integration, and automation technologies who enjoys solving operational problems using modern AI tools. This role offers exposure across the full solution lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and designing technical solutions to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Solutions
• Design and develop AI-enabled applications and automation workflows
• Build solutions for document processing, data extraction, summarization, and intelligent search
• Support predictive models and AI-driven decision-support tools
• Assist with model selection, deployment strategies, and systems integration
• Develop scalable and maintainable AI/ML pipelines
Technical Development
• Build and maintain machine learning and AI solution components
• Prepare datasets and support model training, testing, and optimization
• Develop integrations using APIs and cloud-based services
• Create proof-of-concept applications and prototype solutions
• Monitor and improve deployed AI systems and model performance
Automation & Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive workflows
• Implement AI-enabled automation solutions
• Support operational efficiency and process optimization initiatives
Collaboration & Best Practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Translate operational challenges into practical AI/ML solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply responsible AI and machine learning best practices
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements
Qualifications
Required Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in software development, AI, machine learning, or automation-related roles
• Hands-on experience building applications, integrations, or technical solutions
• Experience working with machine learning models and real-world datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly within evolving technical environments
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and systems integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data processing
• Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, NLP, or AI-assisted development tools is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
• Experience building AI or ML solutions in production environments
• Full-stack development experience is considered an asset
